If you decide to move forward, a deposit secures the next phase, where we create an initial draft of your design. This gives you a tangible look at how your home will take shape. Alongside this, we provide a detailed breakdown of costs, ensuring complete transparency before finalising the plans. Once you're happy with the design and pricing, we finalise the drawings and submit them for necessary permits, including plumbing, electrical, and engineering approvals. Once everything is in place, construction begins, and your dream home starts to become a reality. Throughout the build, we maintain open communication, keeping you updated every step of the way.
